At Amazon, I design and deliver customer-facing Prime Video marketing experiences across global campaigns, balancing brand consistency, accessibility and aggressive production timelines.

I identified production bottlenecks and built an automated workflow that reduced repetitive manual tasks by about 70%, saving an estimated 8–10 hours each week. I also mentor junior designers and manage 5–6 concurrent projects while maintaining on-time campaign launches.

I co-founded Betterly, a healthcare startup, where I took a 0→1 approach to product strategy, UX, branding, prototyping and go-to-market planning. Through interviews with breast cancer patients, oncologists and caregivers, I translated unmet needs into journeys, personas, opportunity maps and product requirements.

My work spans e-commerce, SaaS and automotive technology, including Vilvah and Yes Mechanic. I combine qualitative and quantitative research, systems thinking, visual design and AI-assisted workflows to create scalable experiences that improve customer journeys and business outcomes.
