I've supported sales operations at Dongsung Chemical (Viet Nam) by preparing quotations, sales contracts, purchase orders, and export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs declarations.

I manage and follow up customer orders, update sales and customer information in SAP, monitor accounts receivable, and issue monthly payment statements. I coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales Administration to help ensure on-time delivery.

Previously at Chinh Hao Company, I communicated with buyers, suppliers, and factories throughout product development and shipment. I coordinated sample development, production schedules, and raw-material purchase orders while resolving order-related issues.
