I've supported import-clearance and export operations at Tetra Pak, preparing air waybills, sea waybills, invoices, packing lists, EURO 1 certificates, and clearing instructions.

I track sea and air freight, vessel schedules, ETAs, containers, and demurrage while coordinating freight forwarders, warehouse teams, delivery orders, and export shipping schedules through SAP.

At Sappi Export Services, I scheduled customer orders into weekly vessel programmes, shared stack-date and berthing information, and managed warehouse-capacity updates. My earlier retail management experience also strengthened my inventory purchasing, staff supervision, customer service, and operational planning skills.

I've also taught Supply Chain and Logistics at Rosebank College, mentoring students across on-site and online learning environments. I'm open to international remote opportunities where I can contribute practical logistics coordination, documentation, and data-management capability.
