In my current role as Document Control Specialist/Research Assistant at Labcorp (2025–present), I manage, organize, and secure study documentation and electronic records in compliance with regulatory standards. I ensure compliance with SOPs and GLP by reviewing data for accuracy, monitoring documentation trends, assisting with audit preparation, and implementing corrective actions when deviations appear. I also support MediaLab as an administrator—managing access, troubleshooting errors, and training end users—while maintaining data integrity through accurate laboratory records.

Previously, as a Veterinary Surgical Technician/Document Control Specialist at VetCor/Crossroad Animal Hospital (2020–2025), I supported compliance and documentation in a fast-paced clinical environment while working directly with surgery workflows. I prepared and sterilized instruments and operating rooms, monitored patients during procedures, and maintained accurate medical and surgical records—then expanded my scope through cross-training and advancing from receptionist while continuing to support MediaLab application administration and user training.
