At CrowdGen, I evaluate AI-generated responses in Amharic for accuracy, fluency, cultural relevance, and instruction adherence. I also review and annotate language data to support Large Language Model improvement.

My work includes transcribing Amharic audio and checking transcripts against source audio for accuracy, completeness, spelling, and punctuation. I follow project-specific guidelines and provide feedback on response quality.

At Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, I performed quality assurance and technical validation of systems and data, prepared technical documentation, and resolved hardware, software, and network issues. I hold a B.Sc. in Information Technology from University Of Gondar and certifications in AI, data labelling and annotation, HITL QA, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
