What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my molecular diagnostics, NGS, laboratory service, quality-management, and technical leadership experience to healthcare and laboratory organizations.

I support molecular diagnostics and NGS laboratories at Retina Pharmaceuticals, providing field application, technical, and clinical education support.

I have managed installation, training, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for laboratory systems, supporting Roche Diagnostics, Bio-Rad, Illumina, ELGA, and Evoqua equipment across Ethiopia.

As a former Service Manager and Laboratory Manager, I led technical teams, healthcare-facility projects, regulatory compliance, quality control, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. I supported an installed base of more than 167 instruments.

I'm pursuing a PhD in Health Biotechnology at Addis Ababa University and bring training in ISO 9001, ISO 15189, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, clinical laboratory science, molecular diagnostics, and next-generation sequencing.
