At Epiq, contracted to IBM, I direct domestic and international preservation and collections for corporate legal, HR, and global compliance investigations. I manage legal hold and custodian preservation across 1,200+ active matters and 15,000+ unique custodians while protecting data integrity and regulatory compliance.

I work directly with Microsoft engineering on Purview release testing and reporting investigations, and with Hanzo product teams to improve Slack collection workflows. I also partner with legal counsel, HR, investigators, backend engineers, and vendors to resolve technical issues, standardize processes, reduce storage overhead, and meet litigation SLAs.

Earlier, I supported IBM Trust & Compliance Legal Services as an executive assistant, managing confidential compliance reviews, attorney operations, onboarding, and legal support workflows. I bring more than 20 years of legal operations, administrative, compliance, and records-management experience in highly regulated environments.
