At Acumen Intelligence, I lead UI/UX design work across enterprise digital products, content platforms, proof of concepts, and email marketing. I manage creative workflows and collaborate with marketing, campaign, data research, and technical teams to deliver work aligned with client requirements.
I've led the overhaul of Enterprise IT News, including new features and localized content pages for the Japanese market. I also direct the development and ongoing management of Acumen Newswire, improving SEO and refining content strategy.
Previously, I managed end-to-end POCs, landing pages, and EDMs for enterprise clients including Google, Oracle, and 8x8. I supported email deployments to more than 20,000 recipients and monitored engagement metrics to ensure successful delivery.
My work combines visual and interaction design with project coordination, responsive design, user research, and cross-functional leadership. I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering.
