I've built enterprise backend platforms at H World Group, supporting employee incentives, HR management, and training scenarios through Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud services.
I developed RESTful APIs and core business modules while using Redis caching, RabbitMQ messaging, scheduled tasks, database design, and SQL optimization to support internal enterprise systems.
My project work includes an employee incentive and growth platform with configurable reward rules, large-scale competition modules, Feishu notification workflow improvements, and integrated internal data sources.
Earlier at Dalian Haike Information Technology, I developed VB.NET and WinForms enterprise desktop applications for Japan-oriented projects. I'm interested in backend engineering, distributed systems, enterprise applications, and scalable software architecture.
