I’m a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse focused on patient assessment and safe perioperative care. I bring clinical theatre experience in pre-operative checks, patient dignity and comfort, and consistent documentation.

In Twin Theatres at Heartlands Hospital, I worked as both scrub and circulating nurse to support a range of surgical procedures. I maintained infection prevention standards, reported incidents via Datix, and helped keep theatre flow moving by liaising with wards and escalating barriers to discharges and transfers.

I also trained and supported junior staff and students under supervision, reinforcing my commitment to safe practice and evidence-based standards. My clinical development includes resuscitation training (CLS Level 2), safeguarding, infection prevention and control, and WHO Surgical Safety Checklist competence.

Before returning fully to healthcare, I built strong people and operations skills as a bar operations manager, including inventory and cash handling, scheduling staff, creating menus, and ensuring compliance with licensing and hygiene regulations. I’m now seeking a collaborative team where I can continue delivering high-quality patient care in trauma and orthopaedics settings.
