My name is Tejswi Motghare, and I am an aspiring software developer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from RTMNU, where I graduated in 2023 with a 77% score. I have a solid foundation in core Java and various frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful API development. My passion for technology drives me to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges in the software development field.

During my internship at Softronix IT Solution, I worked on developing an Employee Management System, which involved creating a RESTful API for managing employee data with CRUD operations. This project not only honed my technical skills but also taught me the importance of teamwork and effective communication in achieving project goals. I am eager to bring my dedication and problem-solving abilities to a challenging role where I can contribute to the growth of the organization.
