At Babylonia Agsys Pvt. Ltd., I designed and developed modular vertical living wall systems, integrating structural frames, plant modules, irrigation, lighting, and mounting components.

I created CAD models, detailed drawings, and fabrication-ready designs for metal frames and custom structural components. I also led fabrication and machining workflows and developed and assembled prototypes and final installations, iterating designs to address fitment and installation requirements.

For my M.Tech thesis at National Institute of Technology, Calicut, I investigated vibration isolation using negative-stiffness metamaterial springs. I designed and validated the springs, fabricated TPU-based 3D-printed prototypes, and achieved a 38% reduction in vibration transmissibility compared to conventional spring-based isolation systems.

On the XLR8 Formula Student team at TKM College of Engineering, I coordinated suspension design and vehicle handling optimization, and supported subsystem manufacturing and assembly. I’m looking to build a career in product design, simulation, and R&D, turning research and design ideas into reliable, well-validated solutions.
