I hold a Bachelor of Engineering and completed a 30-day industrial training at MPPGCL Birsinghpur Pali, which reinforced my practical understanding of engineering operations.

I have provided computer fundamentals instruction, performed typing and installation tasks, and managed internet handling and everyday technical queries in a hands-on environment.

I routinely handle customer queries, attend phone calls for business proposals, and report issues to the appropriate stakeholders; I bring patience, ambition, eagerness to learn, and strong motivation to every role.
