At Citibank, I served as an L3 SME and technical lead for a global corporate banking platform spanning 100+ production microservices. I led their onboarding to OpenShift and coordinated a 76-person cross-functional organization across infrastructure, production support, and application development.

I modernized CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to Tekton/Harness, reducing runtime from about 30 minutes to 5–7, and directed a Bitbucket-to-GitHub migration across 100+ repositories.
