What I'm looking for
I’m a Manager cum Plant Coordinator with hands-on ownership of daily plant operations and cross-functional coordination across production, maintenance, and logistics. I focus on process optimization that reduces bottlenecks and improves workflow efficiency while keeping resources aligned to business goals.
I also lead quality control and workplace safety management to minimize product defects and maintain regulatory compliance. In parallel, I oversee inventory control and raw material procurement, aligning supply chain logistics with production schedules to prevent downtime.
Earlier, I served as Co-Founder & Marketing Manager, spearheading digital marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and inbound lead generation. I managed end-to-end marketing budget allocation, tracked ROI and KPIs, and optimized Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) using data analytics.
Before that, I was a Proprietor, directing business operations and sales strategies while scaling local revenue through targeted promotional campaigns. I enjoy bridging operational excellence with go-to-market execution, and I aim to deliver comprehensive business solutions that stay competitive.
