As a seasoned Sr. Analyst with a strong background in Cap Planning and Scheduling, I have honed my skills in transitioning clients to new tools, onboarding new clients, and providing training and feedback to new joiners. With a proven track record of designing and building automated dashboards, I empower clients with self-service capabilities and bring new insights and best practices to the team.

My expertise extends to handling client deliverables, managing multiple programs remotely, and utilizing ECP and Nice IEX WFM tools for forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling. I am well-versed in preparing cap plan models, schedule efficiency, and staffing analysis to ensure optimal planning and minimize over/under and OT requirements.

With a strong educational foundation in B. Tech and a passion for learning new things, I am a quick learner, dedicated, and patient individual with a strong work ethic. I am proficient in MS Excel, VBA coding, C language, SQL, and Python, and I am excited to leverage my skills and experience to drive success in a new role.
