I’m an MBA candidate with hands-on experience as a Business Analyst intern, specializing in data analysis, e-commerce performance tracking, and dashboard development using SQL and Power BI. I focus on gathering business requirements, mapping workflows, and delivering insights that improve decision-making and customer experience.

In my internship, I analyzed cart abandonment patterns and sales funnel metrics using SQL and Excel, then built Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs like total sales, conversion rates, and customer segmentation. I also developed BPMN diagrams to illustrate the checkout process and identify system inefficiencies.

I’m known for turning observations into actionable improvements—proposing UX and process changes that could reduce abandonment rates by up to 20%. I support implementation by documenting functional specifications, collaborating with developers, and validating outputs against use cases.

I enjoy combining analytics with business thinking, backed by projects such as e-commerce cart abandonment analysis, an Online Class Management app built with Android Studio, Java, and JDK tools, and a Cyber Café Management System using Java, HTML, and SQL—recognized as the best project in the department.
