At AAAR POLARIS LLC, I led reporting initiatives supporting enterprise business transformation. I coordinated with business stakeholders to prioritize reporting enhancements and managed analytics deliverables across departments.

I collaborated with technical teams on reporting solution implementation and participated in planning and executing enterprise reporting projects. Through data analysis, I identified operational risks and improved reporting efficiency through automation.

At PSI TECHNOLOGIES, I managed communication among business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and product owners to support software enhancement delivery. I coordinated Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stakeholder reviews, and release planning.

I created process flow diagrams and current- and future-state documentation, and used Jira and Confluence for requirements, user stories, issue tracking, and project documentation. I also supported data analysis, UAT, requirement validation, and defect resolution.
