At Descon Engineering Ltd., I developed PFDs and P&IDs and prepared heat and material balances and Aspen HYSYS simulations for FEED and Detailed Engineering projects.
For the BFW Injection for 11K1 CG Compressor project for PETROKEMYA (SABIC), I simulated plant operations, conducted hydraulic calculations, sized knock-out drums and PSVs, and participated in HAZOP.
For ENGRO POLYMER’s E-VCM heat exchanger upgrade, I designed heat exchangers with HTRI in accordance with TEMA and ASME, validated existing data in Aspen HYSYS, and supported metallurgical upgrades.
My project work also covered refinery, LNG, natural gas, paints and chemicals, and soda ash systems. I’ve sized process equipment and relief valves, prepared engineering documents, and contributed to HAZOP sessions.
