At Cialfo, I own end-to-end QA strategy for modules including Direct Apply, Events, and College Visits. I’m building an AI-powered QE function with Claude and Paperclip agents, including agent specifications and an API testing guide for Cialfo’s K12 and Partners API stacks.

I architect and maintain an AI-assisted Playwright framework using Paperclip Agents, GitHub Copilot, and Visual Studio. It has reduced manual testing effort by 50%+ while strengthening regression coverage.

I also use Postman to validate backend services and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines through GitHub. I lead and mentor the QE team, and championed a shift-left testing approach adopted team-wide.

Earlier, I delivered QA for e-commerce and ERP platforms at April & June Digital, Renegade Furniture Group, and Dynexcel. On a Playwright project for Zazoon, I designed web and API automation that reduced manual effort by 60%; I’m open to senior QA roles with global SaaS platforms, EdTech companies, FinTech startups, or engineering-led organisations that value quality.
