Tayyaba Naseem

At Roots International Schools & Colleges, I lead student outreach and retention initiatives for an enrolled base of more than 10,000 students. I identify at-risk students, coordinate intervention plans with academic staff, and contribute to a 60–70% year-over-year improvement in retention.

I also monitor student progress and satisfaction, conduct enrollment audits, and present regular findings to senior leadership. As a primary contact for students and parents, I resolve enrollment, academic, and administrative concerns while aligning efforts with admissions, academic, and administration teams.

Previously, I taught English at Reflex College of Nursing and Health Sciences and the International School of Cordoba. I designed lesson plans, assessed learning progress, adapted instruction for individual needs, contributed to curriculum updates, and supported academic events.

I'm currently pursuing an MS in Innovative Technologies in Learning and bring academic foundations in education, English literature, and linguistics. I value strong student rapport and use it to support engagement, satisfaction, and academic success.
