What I'm looking for

I'm seeking flexible remote work in customer service, technical support, or engineering-adjacent roles where I can apply clear communication, accurate data handling, detailed-spec work, and my ability to learn new software.

I'm building practical engineering experience through drafting and fabrication work at Faith Fabrication & Welding, where I produce structural plans, elevations, and multi-view drawings in AutoCAD, Advanced Steel, and Inventor. I also operate shop equipment and contribute welding and cutting-torch work on live fabrication projects.

Alongside engineering, I've supported client records and transaction inquiries at BPM Financial and Worldnet Microfinance, maintaining accurate data, resolving discrepancies, and working confidentially to deadlines. I'm a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Technology, Jamaica, currently applying fluid mechanics and structural analysis to a solar-powered water purification capstone project.
