I’m a strategy and operations professional who leads cross-functional initiatives that improve performance through data-driven decision-making and align teams to revenue-focused outcomes. I’ve owned end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, translating executive priorities into measurable scorecards, forecasting, and adoption metrics.
At Cox Communications, I co-led the Revenue Acceleration Plan (RAP), transitioning commissioning from product-connected to total-generated revenue across five lines of business—generating $29M in recurring revenue and lifting revenue per call from $0.18 to $0.51. I also architected a vendor-to-in-house call allocation calculator for Retention, driving ~ $600K performance improvement in a single quarter, and later expanded it to Inbound and Care to evaluate call-type impact across KPIs.
I pioneered a first-of-its-kind call-type analytics framework adopted across all five lines of business, partnering with Performance Management to author the SQL, build the dataset and dashboards, and embed the framework into CRESTA’s AI-coaching metadata. Alongside predictive calculators and reporting infrastructure supporting ~600–700 agents, I focus on making complex performance signals visible—so leadership and operators can act faster and coach with skilling-aware context.
