I'm a Registered Nurse providing intermediate-level care at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, supporting patients transitioning between ICU and medical-surgical units.

I use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, monitor changing conditions, and communicate promptly with physicians and care teams.

Through travel assignments with Aya Healthcare, I provide high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. I adapt quickly to new environments, policies, teams, and facility protocols while supporting continuity of care through accurate assessment, documentation, and communication.

My patient-centered practice has been recognized with a Tulip Award and multiple Daisy Awards. I'm also completing my BSN while holding an AAS in Nursing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration.
