What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital product initiatives where I can improve processes, guide Agile delivery, partner closely with business and technical teams, and deliver practical solutions that reduce redundancies and improve operational efficiency.

At Baldwin Risk Partners, I lead Data Services product work, establish Azure DevOps ticketing expectations, and help teams transition to Agile practices. I also contributed to Print Automation, created a Print QA Dashboard, and led the design and delivery of the RPost feature for Multi-Risk within VIP.

I've delivered initiatives including Agency/MGA Commission, Forms Sandbox/Template Upload, and Agent Level 3/Agency Hierarchy while managing priorities, risks, stakeholder communication, and quality from inception through completion.

My background spans business analysis, process redesign, requirements and acceptance criteria, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams. Earlier roles in laboratory operations, quality assurance, customer support, and training shaped my practical, detail-oriented approach to delivery.
