I'm seeking Lead, Principal, or Head of Design roles in enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or customer-experience organisations, full-time or contract, where I can lead UX architecture, design systems, and frontend delivery.

I've led UX and frontend delivery for enterprise platforms at SEO.LA and EWS Systems, including a next-generation Laboratory Information System for BioReference Laboratories.

For BioReference, I audited a legacy platform, rebuilt its information architecture around real laboratory operations, and mapped journeys for technicians, physicians, and administrators. The redesign was estimated to reduce data-entry time by 30–40% across high-volume lab workflows.

I build and govern design systems, component libraries, CMS models, and accessible interfaces that help React, Vue, Angular, and Node teams ship consistently. I also create REST API, webhook, n8n, and Zapier integrations that reduce manual operational work.

Across 20+ years and 1,000+ delivered projects, I've partnered directly with US and UK stakeholders, mentored designers and developers, and balanced design intent with technical feasibility from discovery through launch.
