I've spent over 22 years managing accounting, revenue, taxation, audit, and financial reporting operations across telecom businesses. At Bharti Airtel, I lead Airtel Business B2B order-to-cash billing for a 28-member team, covering order validation, invoice dispatch, billing KPIs, audit closure, and controls that reduce billing disputes.
I've also led GST input tax credit operations, B2C revenue accounting and reporting across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, and major migrations including Telenor, TATA, and Warid Telecom books into Airtel. My work includes billing and revenue automation, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and strengthening internal controls.
