I’m leading the OneAdvanced Corporate Education Platform at Persistent Systems, focused on end-to-end learning workflows—learner proof submission, assessor review approvals/rejections/feedback loops, and an HR-level master log for audit and compliance tracking. I also manage frontend engineers and collaborate with product, backend, and QA to deliver secure, high-performance UI solutions.
Before that, I led UI system work at LTIMindtree and InfoVision Labs, including migrating JM Bullion from WordPress to Next.js and modernizing UI/UX for performance and accessibility. I’ve also built Android, iOS, and web apps using React Native, and worked with Laravel and MySQL on ERP and staff appraisal systems.
