What I'm looking for

I want to keep caring for patients with empathy and clinical excellence—especially in hospice, dialysis, or critical care—while collaborating closely with physicians and supporting families through every step of the process.

I’m a hardworking Registered Nurse who strives to make a difference in the lives of the people I care for. My background spans hospice, dialysis, and critical care, with a steady focus on safe, compassionate bedside and case management.

In hospice roles (Paradigm, Elara Caring, and Transitions Hospice), I evaluated patients for admission to hospice services, admitted hospice patients within 48 hours of referral, and communicated with physicians to receive orders needed for patients. I educated patients and families on the end of life process and stayed vigil with family after patients passed, including being the first RN hired in start up hospice.

Earlier in my career, I served as primary RN on dialysis units and in intensive care settings, including bedside nurse, charge nurse, and clinical coordinator at St Josephs Hospital. I used the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care, continuously monitored patient conditions, and delivered life-saving interventions—along with discharge planning and medication administration.
