I’m a strategic client relationship and business operations leader with 27+ years of experience managing high-value client portfolios, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. I’m known for leadership excellence, consultative problem-solving, and operational performance.

In my current role as a Senior Tax Advisor / Office Manager with H&R Block Franchise Operations (1998–Present), I manage relationships with hundreds of individual and business clients annually. I lead multi-office operations generating approximately $780,000 in annual revenue, strengthening client loyalty and expanding service adoption.

I consistently increase client retention through proactive communication, exceptional service, and the ability to resolve complex client concerns while maintaining long-term business relationships. I also analyze business performance data to identify trends and opportunities for increased profitability, while partnering with leadership on growth initiatives and customer experience strategies.
