What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can contribute to AI training, data evaluation, recruitment consulting, digital workflows, and business growth while applying my language, quality review, stakeholder management, and process execution experience.

I'm currently supporting AI training and evaluation projects with platforms including RWS, Handshake AI, Outlier, TELUS International, Mercor, and Micro1. At RWS, I contribute to Bengali speech and audio evaluation workflows, bringing linguistic accuracy, structured feedback, data annotation, and quality-focused review to model improvement tasks.

Alongside project-based AI work, I partner with Snapfind and TalentOX on IT and non-IT recruitment across India, supporting sourcing, outreach, screening coordination, and recruitment pipelines. I've also led insurance distribution and business growth teams at Bajaj Allianz Life, HDFC Life, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, and IDBI Federal Life Insurance, including 14 Axis Bank branches and 63 UBI Bank branches.
