My name is Tanvi Akre, and I am currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Statistics at S K Somaiya College in Mumbai, where I have maintained a GPA of 9.85. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, which I have applied in various projects and internships.

One of my notable projects involved analyzing healthcare claims to identify gaps in settlement rates between urban and rural populations. By building predictive models and utilizing clustering techniques, I was able to provide actionable insights that informed product design decisions and improved customer retention. Additionally, my internship at Mentorness allowed me to create impactful Power BI dashboards and conduct SQL analyses that supported critical healthcare planning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
