What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Software Integration Specialist with 6+ years of experience supporting complex integration ecosystems across 240+ third-party systems and 560+ integration points. I’m known for API troubleshooting, incident analysis, and cross-team collaboration—acting as a bridge between support and development teams to keep services reliable.
At IFM Europe Ltd., I promoted into the Senior role in recognition of performance and technical contribution. I supported large-scale integrations, contributed across 150+ integration initiatives, resolved 50+ integration issues monthly, and served as an escalation point to accelerate fixes and align implementation approaches for new features.
I also invest in improving how teams work: I designed automation workflows integrating Microsoft Forms with Microsoft Teams via Microsoft Power Automate, built Confluence documentation and an integration catalogue, and delivered training to strengthen first-line resolution.
