I am a GPhC-registered pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with over 12 years post-qualification experience working across community and locum settings, and more than seven years in pharmacy management.
I deliver patient-centred consultations, medicines optimisation and a range of advanced services including vaccinations, Pharmacy First, NMS and contraception, and I have established new clinical services such as palliative care in community settings.
As a lead/resident pharmacist I have taken responsibility for clinical governance, service delivery and team development, consistently achieving Pharmacy Quality Scheme criteria and strong compliance in inspections.
I am seeking a pharmacist prescriber role to consolidate and further develop my independent prescribing practice within a clinical primary care or community setting, while contributing to multidisciplinary teams and service innovation.
