At J.P. Morgan Chase, I establish employee compliance governance across Consecutive Leave, Cross Border Activity, Electronic Communication, Employee Conduct, and Regulatory Voice workstreams.

I assess money-movement roles, control strength, and required designations under internal policy. I also partner with Control Managers across 10 Wholesale Lending Services verticals, leadership, and centralized Employee Compliance teams to translate policy requirements into practical business alignment.

Previously at First Republic Bank, I owned the Loan Application Register for more than 3,000 residential home loans, completing recurring data cleanup and reconciliation for HMDA and Regulation C reporting. I worked with loan officers and first-line teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and supported the transition of residential-loan reporting to JPMorgan Chase standards.
