What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level opportunity as a Junior Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, Operations Analyst, or CRM Analyst where I can continue developing my analytical skills and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

I prepared analytical and operational reports on contact center performance and customer interactions at Halyk Finservice. I analyzed call activity and customer request categories, using Excel to process data and prepare regular reports.

At Nadom.kz, I coordinated daily delivery operations for a team of approximately 9–10 couriers. I monitored order fulfillment, redistributed orders based on availability and workload, and worked with delivery platforms including Wolt, Glovo, and Chocofood.

I'm developing my data analytics skills through practical projects and building a portfolio. For my Hotel Booking Analysis project, I used PostgreSQL to analyze 2,500 bookings across revenue, cancellations, booking channels, and monthly trends.
