I’m a SAFe 6.0-certified Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead who facilitates delivery across multiple squads, using disciplined ceremonies to keep backlogs sprint-ready and planning accurate. I also practice Waterfall-to-Agile transformation, adapting facilitation to teams at different Agile maturity levels while holding a consistent delivery standard.

In my current role within Arab Bank’s Enterprise Transfer Unit (ETU) at Acabes, I run PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives across parallel workstreams supporting Helios—a strategic program modernizing the Arab Mobile app across operating countries. I track sprint metrics (velocity, rollover/carryover, estimate vs. actual) and invest in sprint-readiness work (ticket review, agenda setting, Jira cleanup, and backlog health) so alignment replaces discovery.

I’m hands-on technically too, which helps me surface cross-team dependencies with confidence, sanity-check estimates, and coach teams toward psychological safety and actionable retrospectives. With servant leadership and cross-squad dependency mapping, I proactively unblock work by driving root-cause analysis, escalating cross-boundary issues for organizational resolution, and translating outcomes into corrective actions.
