What I'm looking for

I want to build AI-powered, user-focused systems—shipping web apps and ML pipelines—where I can apply strong data-driven methods, keep improving engineering skills, and contribute to projects that make a real difference.

I am a recent Computer Science graduate with a solid background in programming and artificial intelligence. Through academic and personal projects, I’ve gained experience developing GUI applications, training machine learning models, and applying AI and software engineering approaches to real-world situations. I’m excited to contribute to unique projects that use AI to make a significant difference while continuing to advance my skills in technology.

In my work, I’ve designed and maintained data collection tools and digital surveys to gather peer evaluation data, then processed and analysed qualitative and quantitative peer data using Python to produce insights for strategic decision making. I also built and maintained data visualisation dashboards to present findings to senior management, translating lived experience data into clear, actionable reports.

My technical work centers on building AI systems and shipping functional applications: I created a web-based Dots and Boxes game with complete game logic and AI opponents using Flask, and I developed object recognition pipelines combining CNN and SIFT + Bag-of-Words + SVM on CIFAR-10. I’ve also worked on relation extraction with Entity-Aware BiLSTM and Hierarchical BERT (with POS tagging and dependency parsing for data augmentation), plus I built a personalised film recommendation site using cosine similarity and a GUI lab-scheduling application using the Greedy Activity Selection algorithm.
