My academic journey culminated in an EdD from Lincoln Memorial University, where I focused on innovative teaching methods and brain-compatible learning. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to enhancing educational experiences for students, particularly in early childhood and elementary education.

My professional experience includes serving as a Teacher Leader for the CRRAFT Program, where I integrated robotics into early education, and as a tutor and facilitator in various AVID programs.
