@taismartinez
I build data-informed products and AI-enabled tools that turn user research into shipped experiences.
What I'm looking for
I build data-informed products and AI-enabled tools, from Canopy’s academic project-management MVP to Stay in Touch’s deployed multi-user Rails app. I’ve shipped features including role-based authentication, private journaling, real-time collaboration, Google Calendar OAuth, AI outreach drafts, and push notifications.
At Endeavor Health, I validated clinical records for a $4.7M three-site trial and analyzed a 60-participant sub-study, surfacing that mothers spend 17+ hours per week on breastfeeding. At Johns Hopkins University and Feinberg School of Medicine, I coordinated seven virtual teams and increased Spanish-speaking participant adoption by 13%.
My research combines rigorous analysis with social context: I coded 52 4Chan threads to examine shifts in far-right content diffusion and synthesized 20+ papers to develop a coding framework for a GenAI and memetic warfare study.
I also lead operations, budgets, and cross-functional planning as President of AIESEC Local Committee Northwestern, while applying product strategy, user research, and full-stack development across startup and community projects.
