At PASHA Insurance, I build and own production automation workflows where LLMs process insurance documents and requests. I validate model outputs against schemas before anything runs downstream, and route cases a model should not decide alone to a person.
I integrate internal systems and platforms with retries, idempotent writes, and structured logging, and investigate production issues across APIs, models, and databases. Earlier, at Kapital Bank, I developed tests and resolved defects in C#/.NET banking services.
