At Outpost, I owned the full accounting function for a US-based remote startup, covering month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, billing, and financial reporting. I shared weekly and monthly updates on cash, burn, runway, AR, AP, and KPIs with the co-founders.
I ran USD and PKR payroll for employees and contractors, and introduced a pre-payday control that checks employee and HR changes against scheduled Wise transfers. I also managed billing and accounts receivable for a growing base of 50+ clients.
I designed and deployed eight reusable Claude finance workflows for reconciliations, payroll checks, invoicing, reporting, and model updates. They turned recurring close tasks into documented procedures with Excel outputs.
At PwC – A.F. Ferguson & Co., I implemented and configured Oracle EBS R12 finance modules and supported clients through requirements gathering, reporting, and post-go-live issues. I also built three monthly three-statement models for SaaS, agency, and e-commerce businesses as part of my Financial Modeling Portfolio.
