Zain Bikiya

I am a Chartered accountant associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, with close to six years of experience spanning Big 4 audit and industry accounting. I began my career at A.F. Ferguson and Co, a PwC member firm, leading statutory audit engagements for listed and multinational clients under IFRS and ISA. I currently work as Accounting Lead at Careem Technologies, where I own financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls across multiple business streams.

A core part of my recent work has been applying AI and automation to modernize finance workflows, including building a reconciliation engine that reduced manual effort significantly while maintaining high data accuracy at scale. I bring a combination of audit rigor, hands on financial reporting ownership, and genuine curiosity about using technology to improve how finance teams operate.

I am currently exploring remote opportunities in financial reporting, group consolidation, controls, and finance transformation, and I am comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously with distributed teams.
