I'm looking for a remote finance leadership role where I can build scalable, GAAP-compliant SaaS finance operations, improve close and reporting, and partner directly with leadership on cash flow, budgeting, and growth.

I lead full-function finance for KnowledgeCity, a $9M ARR SaaS company, reporting directly to the CEO. I converted cash-basis operations to GAAP-compliant accrual accounting and built ASC 606 revenue recognition from scratch.

I automated AR, AP, and payroll to reduce monthly close from 10–12 days to 3–4 days. I also implemented Maxio, cutting invoice creation from 20 minutes to 2 minutes and helping reduce overdue accounts.

Previously at Neurons, I supported growth from $500K to $9M ARR and 400+ customers, reduced overdue AR by 40%, and streamlined AP processing. At Motive, I led a QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration, reconciled 4,000+ transactions, and built a tagged fixed-asset register.
