I’m a versatile IT professional with nearly 3 years of enterprise experience, focused on infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and Linux/Windows systems administration. In my current freelance role, I configure, deploy, and maintain web hosting environments on OVHcloud, managing DNS records, domain portfolios, and SSL certificates. I also deliver production support and troubleshooting for small business clients, using modern AI-assisted tools to diagnose issues faster.

At Forvia, I monitored enterprise production infrastructure with Nagios to ensure availability and rapid response to operational alerts. I investigated and resolved critical incidents through ServiceNow while adhering to enterprise ITIL/ITSM procedures, and I supported migrating monitoring from Nagios to Heimdall and IJCoreM.
