What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue senior backend work where I can improve reliability, architecture, integrations, and engineering workflows while taking problems from unclear requirements through verifiable production delivery.

I've built and maintained production backend systems for Kaseya (IT Glue), Spark Solutions, Chargify, and InPost, with 17+ years of commercial experience and a Ruby on Rails background since 2009.

At Kaseya, I diagnosed recurring failures in asynchronous workflows and integration layers, stabilized background job processing, and delivered maintainable backend changes for a mature SaaS product. At Spark Solutions and Chargify, I built eCommerce, subscription billing, payment, webhook, and REST API workflows where reliability and backward compatibility mattered.

I've also supported logistics and parcel locker operations at InPost through distributed services and integrations backed by PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.

More recently, I'm developing structured AI-assisted engineering workflows and DiffRat, a local CLI for offline pull request diff review with risk signals. I bring an end-to-end view of business logic and system behavior, from unclear requirements through production delivery, technical planning, code review, and mentoring.
