I've designed automotive interior and exterior trim components for Goken India, Tata Technologies, and Autorev Engineering, taking products from feasibility and RFQ stages through production. My work includes underbody panels, front header assemblies, console air vents, air ducts, ionizers, IP end caps, and steering shrouds.
I use CATIA V5/V6 to deliver manufacturable plastic-part designs aligned with OEM styling, packaging, assembly, quality, and compliance requirements. I've led Tier-1 supplier discussions, optimized tooling, gap and flush, and packaging, and used CFD analysis to improve airflow and system performance.
