At Varpas, I owned frontend, backend, and cloud delivery for a Healthcare Information Management System, reducing GCP App Engine costs by 25% while maintaining high availability. I also built an HRMS supporting 300 employees, automated attendance and payroll workflows, and released a Flutter application on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
