At Netcracker Technology Solutions, I progressed from Trainee QA Engineer to Senior QA Engineer while working across telecom projects. For Globe Telecom, I delivered end-to-end, regression, and UI testing for B2B and B2C models, and received the Above & Beyond award twice in a year.
On the Digital Engagement Platform for O2 Telefonica UK, I designed regression suites and executed UI, end-to-end, API, smoke, and regression testing. I also created UAT test plans and authored test cases for Indosat Ooredoo.
At QualiTest, I took QA ownership for the OurCrowd project, coordinated directly with the client, and authored and executed more than 500 UI and backend test cases. During my maternity break, I upgraded my skills in Playwright automation, Cucumber, and AI agent integration with testing workflows.
