Sweta Kumari

I am a 2025 graduate from IIT Delhi and currently working as a Software Development Engineer at Paytm. My experience includes building scalable backend systems and developing production-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

In my current role, I work on designing and optimizing distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. I have experience building backend services, designing APIs, handling asynchronous communication, implementing caching strategies, and improving application performance for large-scale systems.

Alongside backend engineering, I have a growing interest in Artificial Intelligence and how AI systems are built and deployed at scale. I enjoy exploring AI infrastructure, LLM applications, retrieval systems, and the intersection of AI with distributed systems and data platforms. I actively learn about modern AI technologies and how intelligent systems can be integrated into real-world products to create better user experiences and business impact.

Beyond work, I enjoy deepening my understanding of system design, distributed architecture, observability, and emerging technologies. I am looking for opportunities where I can contribute to building impactful products, solve challenging engineering problems, and continue growing across backend and AI-driven engineering domains.
